“Broken Piano Peace” By Julius

Working in a strip club, a young woman tries to block out her reality with the help of drugs, when one day, after an overdose, she plunges into an abstract world of her own mind.

Are we really happy? Today’s society literally expects us to be happy. Social media shows us the perfect life, the perfect body, the perfect relationship… every day. But the reality is different. With alcohol, drugs, medication and meaningless love we try to keep ourselves happy, to block out our own reality and create our own perfect world.

The music video “Broken Piano Peace” is meant to transfer this theme into a visual story. The story is about a young girl Louise who has been pushed into a tight spot by life.
