“Adrift” By Samuel de Ceccatty

Synopsis

After a casual hook up, Holly tries sneaking out of the cooky London mooring where she wakes up but roommate Max is eager to get to know her, despite the accumulation of strange red flags.

Directors statement

From inception to end of production, the film was made in two weeks to promote a Fujinon Premista 19-45 lens. The production took place at the Tower Bridge Moorings, and most of the people featured are actual inhabitants of the pontoon. The story is inspired by the real-life occurrence of bodies occasionally washing ashore at low tide.

Commissioned by Fujifilm / Fujinon, in collaboration with Adam Suschitzky BSC.
