“Les Airelles Courchevel” by Diagonal11
Les Airelles Courchevel is a cinematic portrait of a place transformed by winter — not as a destination, but as a living presence.
Through observation and atmosphere, the film follows the quiet rituals that define its world: gestures of care, warm interiors against snowy silence, and moments where time feels suspended.
Rather than telling a story through dialogue or exposition, the narrative unfolds through movement, light, and material detail.
The hotel becomes a character — a space shaped by memory, hospitality, and a kind of winter magic — inviting the viewer to experience it as cinema, not promotion.
FROM THE DIRECTOR
“Les Airelles Courchevel was conceived as a cinematic fairy-tale rather than a hotel commercial. The film treats the place as a living character, shaped by rituals, textures and winter magic.
Our intention was to create a sensory portrait of hospitality, where time slows down and cinema becomes a way of turning experience into memory. The focus is on mood, materiality and the physical presence of space, using light, sound and rhythm as storytelling tools.
The narrative avoids traditional advertising codes, favouring an observational, film-driven approach where hospitality is expressed through atmosphere rather than message.”
