Beyond the Short
Films and shows set in Los Angeles tend to be either about struggling young actors or about people who live in giant homes that most people could never afford. I wanted to create a show about lowlife eccentrics, more North Hollywood than Los Feliz. The idea was to present little snippets from a world, like teasers for a TV show that doesn’t exist.
